Mary Rose Belcher 79 of Glasgow died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at her home. She was born in Monroe County the daughter of the late Riley and Laura Pitcock Mesker. Mrs. Belcher was a former employee of the Kentucky Pants Co. and was a member of Grider Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Belcher, a son Freddie Belcher, brothers Eunice, Ivan, James and Willie Mesker, a sister Lillian Kittrel, a great-grandchild Cornelius Wheeler IV, and a special nephew William Kittrel. Survivors include 2 daughters Kim Belcher and Patricia Morgan of Glasgow; 1 brother Thomas (Brenda) Mesker of Glasgow; 4 grandchildren Gloria (Kevin) Smith of Glasgow, Sandra Belcher (Mike Mosley) of White House, TN, Crystal (Joe) Cary and Jacob Nahorniak of Glasgow; 4 great-grandchildren Cheyenne Cary, Mason and Trace Smith and Bryson Mosley; 1 step grandson Allen Hagan; 1 step great-grandchild Holden Cary; a daughter-in-law Betty Belcher of Glasgow and 1 adopted daughter Natascha Nahorniak. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 7th at A. F. Crow Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Tuesday.
