Mary Holman

Mary Elizabeth Holman, 86, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at her residence. She was born January 14, 1935 in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Buford Green and Alice Green. Mary was a housewife and a lifelong farmer. She was also a member of Lawrence Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include, one daughter, Doris Key of Glasgow, Kentucky; one grandson, Donald Booker of Smiths Grove, Kentucky; one great grandchild, Cheyenne Booker; one great-great grandchild, Joanna Graves; and one sister-in-law, Brenda Lawrence (Billy) of Bowling Green, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald "Sam" Holman; one sister, Shelby Green (Foster); one nephew, Dennis Wood; one sister-in-law, Juanita Ausbrooks (Lloyd); and three brothers-in-law, Kenneth Holman, Veachel Holman, and Wendell Holman. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Henderson Cemetery in c/o Betty Everett 10380 Finney Road Glasgow, Kentucky 42141. The funeral service for Mrs. Holman will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, July 11th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Henderson Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday morning until time for the service at the funeral home. A. F.
