Mary Kiper

Mary Helen Quiggins Kiper, age 77 of Leitchfield passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at her residence. She was born March 3, 1939 in Breckinridge, Kentucky the daughter of Hobert and Sarah Mercer Quiggins. She retired from Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center after 33 years of working in housekeeping and was the wife of the late H.L. Kiper. She is survived by one son, Michael Kiper (Shirley) of Leitchfield, one brother, Roy Quiggins of Okachobie, FL, one grandchild, Kasey Tomes, two great-grandchildren, John Wayne Burden and Brooklynn Tomes, one brother-in-law, Terry Kiper (Barbara) of Leitchfield, and several nieces and nephews. Other than her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one sister, Wilma Webb. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Leitchfield Memory Gardens.
