Mary Medley

Mary Nell Medley 67 of Glasgow died Wednesday November 19, 2008 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Lennie and Beulah Hood Crabtree. Mrs. Medley was a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church and was a former employee of Sorensen Mfg. and R. R. Donnelley & Sons. She is survived by her husband Dalton; a daughter Tammy Niehaus (John) of Bowling Green; a grandson Dale Oliver (April) of Bowling Green; a great grandson Zackary Dale Oliver; 4 sisters Clarine Anthony of Tampa, FL, Evelyn Meadow of Hoopston, IL, Alyne Sewell and Pat Martin of Glasgow; 2 brothers Everett Crabree of Cropsey, IL and Mitchell Crabtree of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews and a special friend Dennis Key. She was preceded in death by a sister Clorine Gerald, two brothers Earl and William Lennie Crabtree; two half brothers Ewell and Bill Crabtree and a half sister Irene Youngblood. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday November 22, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday.
