Mary Lucille Payton, age 83 of Leitchfield, passed away Saturday, December 2nd 2017 at the Grayson Manor Nursing Facility in Leitchfield. She was born January 10th 1934 in Olaton, KY the daughter of Victor & Goldie Duncan Payton. She is survived by four sisters, Juanita Cook (Ralph) of Marysville, IN, Linda Muerer (Bob) of New Albany, IN, Regena Harris (Randall) of Leitchfield, & Terecia Whitworth (Tim) of Clarkson, ten nephews, Roger, Robert, Kevin, Joey, David, Bobby, Eric, Greg, Brian, & Trent, six nieces, Beth, Janet, Beverly, Lanessa, Tracy, & Chasity, and several great nieces & nephews. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, David, Hershel, Jesse, George, & Dale Payton, one sister, Edna Copas, one nephew, Tommy Payton, and three nieces, Sandra Clifford, Valerie Brown, & Sheila Hutchinson.
