Mary Peden

Mary Catherine Peden 78 of Glasgow died Sunday January 20, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Monroe County the daughter of the late Earl and Dellar Birge and was the wife of the late Charles Robert Peden. She was a former employee of Handmacher's and the Kentucky Pants Co. and was a member of the South Green St. Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Russell (Ken) of Horse Cave; her son Tommy Peden of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Jennifer Russell of Lexington and Ashley Neville (Les) of Cave City; 1 great-granddaughter Lauren Ashley Neville; 1 sister Lucille Bledsoe and 1 brother Noe Birge both of Indiana; 4 sisters-in-law Helen Horton and Mary Peden of Glasgow, Mattie Lee of Cave City and Minnie Birge of Bardstown and 3 brothers-in-law Allen Peden (Mary Frances), Rollin Peden (Frankie) and Willie Francis Peden (Valeria) all of Glasgow. Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday January 23, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 3:00pm Tuesday.
