Mary Williams

Mary Alice Williams 88 of Glasgow, died Tuesday March 11, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late John Willie Rose and Elizabeth Moss Veluzat. She was a member of Grider Memorial Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, was retired from Homewood Health Care Center and was a former employee of Kentucky Pants Company. She is survived by two daughters, Marcus Kingrey and husband Terrell, Doris Furlong and husband Eddie; one son Lennis Williams and wife Sharon all of Glasgow; four grandchildren Jamie Burgess and husband John, Amy Wyatt and husband Steven, Ryan Kingrey and Nicholas Williams; two great-grandchildren Abbigail and Briar Wyatt; one sister Ruby Veluzat Nunnally and husband Orvel of Glasgow and one brother-in-law Rollin Faulkner of Glasgow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Frances Veluzat, Pauline Polson and Martha Faulkner. Funeral services will be Friday March 14th at 2:00pm at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Peers Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00pm on Thursday.
