Mattye Lucille Jolly

Lucille Harvey Jolly 93 of Glasgow died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Ogdon, IL the daughter of the late Mattye Sowers and Thomas E. Harvey. Mrs. Jolly married Preston Jolly December 23, 1938 and he preceded her in death in 2008. She was also preceded in death by a brother Murlan E. Harvey and a son-in-law Tom Whitlow. While living in Frankfort, KY she was an employee of the Kentucky State Retirement System and also operated an in home child care service. She was a member of the South Green St. Church of Christ in Glasgow. Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Whitlow of Glasgow; her son Bobby C. Jolly and wife Peggy of Crestwood, KY; 4 grandchildren Todd Bewley of Glasgow, Micki Lindsey (Dewayne) of Hardyville, Chris Jolly of Crestwood and Andra Jolly (Christy) of Crestwood; 8 great grandchildren Kodi Kado, Brittni, Erica and Holly Bewley, Christian, Tabatha and Jack Jolly and Mattye Lindsey; and 1 great-great grandchild Aidan Layne Stinson. Funeral services will be 1:00 Monday, February 15th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2pm until 8pm.
