Maureen Tarry

Maureen Susie Tarry 87 of Glasgow died Friday December 12, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Jackson County, TN the daughter of the late Lafayette and Harriet Davis Carnahan. Mrs. Tarry was a homemaker and a member of the Brotherhood Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Kenneth Bowles and Virgil Miller Tarry; a daughter Joann Bowles; a sister Bonnie Carnahan and five brothers Lincoln 'Buck' Carnahan, Martin Carnahan, Thomas Carnahan, Cordell Carnahan and Joe Carnahan. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday December 14, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Turner Cemetery in Monroe County. Visitation will be after 11:00am Saturday at the funeral home.
