Mayme Edwards

Mayme Elizabeth Edwards 97 of Glasgow died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. Born in Edmonson County, she was a daughter of the late David Hubbard Furlong and Emma Herron Furlong. Her husband was the late Owen Edwards. She wsa a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church on Hwy. 1297. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters Lucy Furlong Denton and Josie Furlong Edmunds and four brothers Jewell Furlong, E.E. Furlong, Milton Furlong and Louis Furlong. Several nieces and nephews survive. Funeral services will be 3:00pm Saturday, March 19, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00am until time for the service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Carroll E.
