Mikey Wilson Garrett 63 of Temple Hill, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at his home. The Barren County native was the son of the late Archie Walker Garrett and Annie Pearl Troxall Garrett. Mikey was a member of Freedom #1 Missionary Baptist Church where he served as secretary and treasurer. He was a farmer, a former pipeline worker and owner and operator of Garrett's Lime Service. He was also a member of the H. B. Grant Masonic Lodge #610. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Deborah Hale Garrett; 3 daughters Cari Puleo (Carl) of Temple Hill, Cami Garrett and Donna Bumps (Chris) both of Bowling Green; 1 son David Key of Temple Hill; 6 grandchildren Phillip, Mattie and Jeremy Gibson, Christopher Barns, Samuel Key and Joshua Bumps; a sister Shirley Bacon (Rollin) of Glasgow and a special friend, Victor Cruz. Funeral services will be 2pm Thursday, July 23rd at Freedom #1 Missionary Baptist Church with burial in the Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5pm Tuesday at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home and continue Wednesday and Thursday until time for the funeral. Masonic rites will be held 7pm Wednesday at the funeral home and the public is welcome to attend. Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to Freedom #1 Missionary Baptist Church or Union #2 Cemetery Fund.
