Mildred Dilley

Mildred Dilley 93 of Glasgow, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Barren County Health Care. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Clyde and Minnie Lee Ford Smith. Mrs. Dilley was a retired Nurse Assistant at T. J. Samson Community Hospital and had attended the Lick Branch Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She is survived by 4 sons Freddie (Phyllis) Dilley of Cave City, Danny (Carole) Dilley of Palm Coast, FL, David (Debbie) Dilley of Gatesville, TX and Johnny (Barbara) Dilley of Glasgow; 10 grandchildren Timothy and Richard Dilley, Tamara Gooden, Chris and Valerie Dilley, Trina Bernhardt, Jamey Dilley, Belinda Greer and Carrie and Craig Dilley; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters Nell Payne of Edmonton, Ruth Goodman of Rich Pond and Betty Johnson of Louisville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Henry Leon Dilley; a son Jerry Dilley; 2 sisters Dorothy Lowe and Pauline Harlow; 5 brothers Joe Lee Smith, Raymond Smith, Cecil Smith, Henry Ford Smith and James Smith and a daughter-in-law Shirley Dilley. Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday, December 21st at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Lick Branch Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm Friday.
