Mildred Lowe

Mildred H. Lowe 97 of Smiths Grove died Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. The Barren County native was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lizzie Lockhart Bishop and wife of the late Nolan Lowe. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 sons, Ricky Lowe (Patricia) and Melvin Lowe of Smiths Grove; 1 daughter Faye Vondrash of Glasgow; a daughter-in-law Becky Lowe of Smiths Grove; a son-in-law Gene Alexander of West Virginia; 12 grandchildren Monte (Terrie) Lowe, Lynn (Carlin) Graham, Joi (Rickey) Jones, Brandy (Jason) Botts, Jeffrey (Crystal) Lowe, Matt Lowe, Michael (Cindy) Lowe, Scotty (Dawn) Lowe, Phillip Lowe, Ronnie (Trish) Alexander, Steve Alexander and Jonathan Finnerty; 27 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, C. B. Lowe and 2 daughters, Patsy Lawrence and Barbara Alexander. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday, July 17th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3pm Thursday.
