Mitchell Hodges

Mitchell F. Hodges 72 of Glasgow, died Monday July 16, 2007 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Monroe County the son of the late Clarence and Vada Birge Hodges. Mr. Hodges was a retired Supervisor with Western Electric in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is survived by two daughters Shelly Smith (Scott) of Shreveport, LA and Donna Owens of Nashville, TN; 4 grandchildren Desiree Moore, Jeremy Owens, Shane Smith and Scott Smith; a brother Murbel Hodges of Glasgow; his best friend Tiger and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wilmer and Wendell Hodges. Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday July 19, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the White Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
