Muriel Brock

Muriel Brock 89 of Glasgow, KY died Tuesday August 16, 2005 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Mrs. Brock was the daughter of E. W. and Bessie Tathum Fannon. She was born in Centerville, Iowa and was a former resident of Crawfordsville, Indiana before moving to Glasgow five years ago. She had been a former nursery school teacher where she owned and operated the nursery and was a member of P.E.O.. Mrs. Brock was an avid bridge player and also gave bridge lessons. She was a member of the Glasgow First Presbyterian Church and a former member of the Crawfordsville, IN and Centerville, Iowa Presbyterian Churches. She is survived by her husband John A. Brock; 1 daughter Jane Wininger and husband Bill of Glasgow; 2 sons Richard Brock and wife Sherry of Maderia Beach, FL and Charles Brock of Bloomington, IN; 7 grandchildren Curt Wininger and wife Lynda of Shelbyville, KY, Kathy Vance and husband Mark of Glasgow, Brandon Wininger and wife Stacy of Glasgow; Amy Brock of Bloomington, IN, Eric Brock of Tucson, AZ, Connie Brock of Indianapolis, IN, and John Brock of Ft. Wayne, IN. Six great grandchildren also survive. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00pm Saturday August 20, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 2:00pm until time for the service. Mrs. Brock will be cremated.
