Myrtle Smith

Myrtle Louise 'Sis' Smith 83 of Louisville, KY and formerly of Glasgow died Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Norton Healthcare Facility in Louisville, KY. Born in Barren Co. she was the daughter of the late Henderson Franklin Brown and Susie Davis Brown and wife of the late Ray Eugene Smith. Mrs. Smith was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a brother Earl Brown of Marlboro, OH, a sister-in-law Inez Brown of Mud Lick, KY and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by 3 brothers Elzie, George & Eldon Brown. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday, January 9, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Monroe County. Visitation will be after 6:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
