Nellie Mutter

Nellie Lee Moore Mutter 96 of Glasgow died Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late William Edward and Brauner Hawks Moore. Mrs. Mutter was a member of Hanging Fork Baptist Church and was retired from the J. C. Penny Co. She is survived by 2 daughters Olene Richey and husband James of Temple Hill and Lucinda Schoenbaechler and husband Bruce of South Carolina; 2 sons Freddie Mutter and wife Arline of Glasgow and Jackie Mutter of Scottsville; a sister Mila Willis of Smiths Grove; 11 grandchildren Tony Richey (Sondra), Tim Richey (Vicki), David Miller (Kathy), Chris Miller, Scotty Mutter (Julie), Gaye Mutter, Matthew Mutter (Chasity), Daryl Mutter, Jason Mutter (Laura), Jamie Fancher and Joanie Lindsey (Jason); 18 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jewell Mutter and an infant son Willis Carroll Mutter. Funeral services will be 1pm Friday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 5pm Thursday.
