Neoma Perkins

Neoma Mae Elmore Perkins 91 of Glasgow died Thursday December 4, 2008 at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Garland and Sally Wheeler Powell. Mrs. Perkins was a former employee of Handmacher and Allen's Crossroads Grocery. She was a member of the Hanging Fork Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 daughters and sons in law, Wanda Settle (Maxey) and Ruthene Hawks (James) both of Glasgow; 1 daughter in law Barbara Jo Elmore of Louisville; 1 step daughter Delores Burton (John) of Glasgow; 1 sister Joyce Buster (Walter) of Glasgow; 3 sisters in law Audrey Arterburn, Lucille Elmore and Dorathean Harlow all of Glasgow; 7 grandchildren Kim & Tim Hayes of Louisville, Greg & Cindy Settle of Canmer, Tommy & Jennifer Elmore, Candee & Kevin Byrd and Jessica Elmore all of Louisville, Jody & Katie Hawks of Nebraska and Russell Hawks of Glasgow; 7 great grandchildren Kelly & Joseph Henderson of Aberdeen, Chris Hayes of Louisville, Justin Settle & Fianc
