She was born on September 29, 2021 in Louisville to her proud parents, Skylar Phillips and William Kelly, Jr. Along with her parents, Nora is survived by her maternal grandparents, Hayley Hall and Joshua Hall; and her paternal grandparents, William Kelly, Sr. and Leesa (James) Vincent.
