Norma Lee McCoy Dial, 88, of Glasgow, KY went to be with her savior in the early morning hours of Sunday, February 6, 2022. Norma Lee, as she was known to many, was born to Owen Edward and Mary Elizabeth McCoy on March 9, 1933. She was the second oldest of 11 siblings. She graduated from Metcalfe County High School and immediately began working at Edmonton Manufacturing (the sewing factory). She and her mother, Mama Coy, spent 34 years working together there and upon leaving, Norma went to work for the state as a toll booth attendant on the Cumberland Parkway. Norma is most well known for her time spent working at the car wash in Glasgow. Serving there for 26 years, she touched so many lives with her beautiful smile and joyful personality. She was a loyal member and servant of the South Green Street Church of Christ. Norma is survived by her daughter Sherry Dial Croul (husband Jack), granddaughter Cayce Harlow Sholl (husband George), grandson Josh Harlow (wife Sarah), step granddaughter Nicole Croul Brumfield (husband Joseph), and great granddaughter Autumn Harlow, and great grandson Lucas, who all knew her as Nana, as well as her dear sisters, Joyce Ennis, Mary Creech, Freda Dugger and Sylvia Cook, and special niece Jackie McCoy-Jessie. She was greeted at heaven's gates by her parents Owen and Mary, her brothers Jerry Murrell McCoy, Jack McCoy, Billy McCoy, Phillip McCoy and Marshall McCoy, and her sister Janet McCoy Dilley. A Memorial service will be 10:00am Saturday June 4th at Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of life service and meal will follow the service at the South Green Street Church of Christ.
