Norma M. Perkins 86 of Glasgow, died Sunday, January 22, 2012 at her residence. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Clyde and Lillian Clark Pedigo and the wife of the late Charlie Jewell Perkins. Mrs. Perkins was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church,and a retired cook for Eastern Elementery School. Survivors include 1 son David Perkins of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Dustin Perkins of Louisville, KY and Summer Childress and husband Chris of Glasgow; 1 great grandchild Emersyn Childress of Glasgow; 1 brother J. T. Pedigo and wife Grace of Glasgow; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Howard and Evelyn Perkins. Several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends and neighbors also survive. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 1 grandson Bradley Ray Perkins and 1 brother Elton Lee Pedigo. Funeral services will be held 2PM Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 2PM Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of memorial contribution to the Mt Pisgah Baptist Church Building Fund c/o Cole Wilson 5657 Edmonton Rd. Glasgow, KY 42141.
