Norma Jean Walden, 65, of Glasgow died Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Bowling Green the daughter of the late Elvin Woodrow Wilson and Ruby Lee Harp Wilson. Mrs. Walden graduated from Hiseville High School, worked for a short time as a CNA at Homewood Healthcare and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include 4 daughters, Kathy Holley(Harry), Loretta Walden, Martha Neal(Eli) & Barbara Walden Stilts all of Glasgow; 8 grandchildren, Ashley Holley Claxton (Randy), Cessaley Holley(Kalib), Orrie Walden(Catrina), Skylier Kingrey(Heather), Jamison Kingrey(Sarah) & MaLeah Walden, 2 special grandsons Chris Walden & Derek Stilts all of Glasgow; 6 great grandchildren, Lucas Holley, Tyleigh Bray, Torrie Walden, Kadin Lee, Katie Grimsley & Brooklyn McCauley all of Glasgow; 2 brothers Carlos Wilson & James E. Wilson both of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews to include a special nephew Eric Wells. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Porter Walden; 1 sister Claire Thomas; 3 sister in laws Shirley Braden, Carolyn Wilson & Jean Wilson; son in law Michael Steven Stilts; nephew Robbie Wilson; father & mother in law Bedford & Juanita Walden. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday February 11, 2015 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Walden Family Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
