Opal Clark

Opal Marie Clark 87 of Glasgow died Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. The Barren County native was the daughter of the late Eskle Oakes and Martha J. Houchens Oakes. Her husband was the late Robert F. 'Bob' Clark. Mrs. Clark was a former employee of the Kroger Co. and was a member of The Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by one son Jerry Clark and wife Wanda of Shepherdsville; 1 granddaughter Dee Petzold and husband Siegi of Louisville; 1 great granddaughter Kristen Schmidt and husband Kyle of Tullahoma, TN and 1 brother Bobby Oakes and wife Joyce of Louisville. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter Tana Clark and a great grandson Cody Hatfield, two brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 31st at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11am until time for the service.
