Opal Clark

Opal Olene Clark 83 of Glasgow, KY died Monday September 6, 2004 at the Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Bowling Green, KY . She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Hayden Jackson Groce and the late Laura Mae Vance and wife of the late John Will Clark. Mrs. Clark was a homemaker most of her life. Survivors include a son John Stanley Clark and wife Mae of Bowling Green, Ky; and a daughter Mary Louise Landrum of Glasgow, KY; 2 sisters Mae Mauk of Cave City and Geneva Cox of Glasgow. 5 grandchildren Harold Landrum, John W. Landrum, Michael Landrum, Jeffrey Landrum and Brenda Bridgeman. 10 great grandchildren , 2 great-great grandchildren and several Nieces & Nephews also survive. In addition to her husband and parents she is preceded in death by 2 brothers Henry H. Groce & Ezra K. Groce; 2 sisters Pearl Groce & Ruby Piercy and 2 grandsons. Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday Sept. 8, 2004 at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 4:30pm Tuesday at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home
