Oral Snyder

Oral H. Snyder, age 93 of Upton, passed away Friday, November 22, 2013 at the Grayson Manor Nursing Facility in Leitchfield. He was born May 20, 1920 in Upton, KY the son of Oscar & Della Snyder of Upton. He was a member of the Millerstown Methodist Church and was retired from Interstate Auto Parts & a farmer. He was a friend to many and loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Janice Tucker of Shepherdsville, KY. He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Virgie Landis Snyder. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. (CST), Tuesday (November 26, 2013) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Millerstown Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
