Orthie Lee Bull, 97, of Glasgow, died Saturday, August 03, 2013 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A native of Cumberland County, she was the daughter of James Edward and Altie Sharp Brown. Mrs. Bull was a homemaker and a member of the South Green Street Church of Christ. Survivors include four daughters, Marcia Rigney, Helen Russell, Runelle Jackson and husband Earl and Betty Green and husband Mark all of Glasgow; six grandchildren, Dr. John Rigney and wife Sandi, Rick Russell and wife Lisa, Eddie Russell and wife Carla, Nancy Jackson Turner and husband Jay, Michele Jackson Getic and husband Scott all of Glasgow and Susan Jackson Johnson and husband Kevin of Benton, KY; 5 great-grandchildren, Dr. Stacia Rigney Watkins and husband Cody of Nashville, TN, Emily Russell Dugard, Adam Russell and wife Raven, Aaron Russell of Glasgow, and Krista George Duckett and husband Jason of Bowling Green; 2 great-great grandsons Jamison Russell Dugard, Glasgow, Gavin Lane Matthews, Bowling Green and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Johnny Clay Bull, 1 great-grandson Andrew Clay Johnson, Benton, KY; 1 brother Fred Brown; 5 half-brothers John Brown, Ed Brown, Walter Brown, Bedford Brown and Charlie Brown; 1 half-sister Cassie Brown Cary and 1 son-in-law Glenn Russell, Glasgow. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 6th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 5pm Monday.
