Oscar Jones

Oscar Thomas 'Tom' Jones 68 of Glasgow died Tuesday December 20, 2005 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Clem Thomas Jones and Sarah Frances Monroe Jones. Mr. Jones was a machine operator for the Phillip Morris Company in Louisville and was a member of the Poplar Springs Baptist Church. He is survived by two daughters Patricia Pierce of Glasgow and Linda Sebastian and husband John of Louisville; three sisters Katherine Carroll of Louisville, Janice (Douglas) Wyatt of Glasgow and Barbara (Zeke) Rennick of Cave City; five grandchildren Patricia Sebastian, John Sebastian, Justin Pedigo, Samantha Sebastian and Matthew Goldsmith; two great grandchildren Madison Sebastian and McKenzie Pedigo and several nieces and nephews. A sister Anita Jean Walker and two brothers Robert and Leroy Jones preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday December 23, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00am on Thursday.
