Patricia Hazelip

Patricia A. Hazelip 79 of Park City, KY died Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late Warner and Pauline Hazelip of Park City, Kentucky. Pat was a graduate of Kentucky Weslyan College and taught English and Spanish at Park City High School. She spent most of her life in Park City where she was a faithful member of the Park City Methodist Church. Pat was an avid reader and is survived by her book club friends and her church family. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Park City United Methodist Church.
