On February 1, 2022, Paul Douglas Williams left this life to enter into eternal peace. He was the youngest child born to the late Ervin and Sarah Dee Greer Williams on October 13, 1940 in Glasgow, Kentucky. Mr. Williams was a firefighter with the Glasgow Fire Department for 31 years before retiring. He was very proud to be a fireman and EMT. He also farmed and after retirement, he and his wife, DiAnn, traveled the continental United States, Mexico, and Canada. He really enjoyed his travels and was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan. Survivors include his loving wife, DiAnn Fields Williams; three daughters, Dianne Harper (Kenny), Deborah Morrison (Steven), Melanie Fowler (Jay); two grandsons, Brandon and Hunter Harper; three granddaughters, Cassy Edwards (Jason), Eaden Fowler, Caroline Morrison; and three great grandchildren, Jude, Finn, and Annie Edwards. He is also survived by his loving bonus family, including his brother-in-law, Larry Miller; two nephews, Jessie Miller (Katey), Rhyne Miller (Daylene); one niece, Renay Wittenauer (Walt); great nieces and nephews, Zander and Colton Miller, Ty and Morgan Goyne; sister-in-law, Burdene Williams; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Ellis, Edward, Roy Lee, and Delbert Williams; sisters, Margaret Marshall, Dorathean Powell Harlow. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00 AM until time for the service at the funeral home. A. F.
