Pauline Allen, age 86 of Clarkson, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. She was born March 21, 1929 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Wash & Cora Bell Blessitt. She is survived by three children, Mickey Morrison (Tommy) of Sonora, Greg Allen of Pee Wee Valley, & Jull Mudd (Mike) of Guam, one brother, Danny Blessitt (Sue) of Clarkson, six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Allen, son, Darrel Allen, grandchild, Lynn Morrison, brother, James Blessitt, and sister, Jewline Logsdon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday (March 24, 2016) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery in Big Clifty. Visitation will be held after, 4:00 p.m., Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
