Peggy Shives

Peggy Jean Shives 69 of Summer Shade, KY died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at her residence. Born in Clinton County she was the daughter of the late Otha and Isabella Campbell Wallen. Mrs Shives was a retired supervisor at Barren River State Park and member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 daughter Tina Robin Furlong and husband Michael of Summer Shade, 1 grand-daughter Jacquline Coleman and husband Ben of Summer Shade, 1 great grand daughter Jasmine Smith of Summer Shade, 2 step-grandsons Kris Furlong of Georgetown, KY and Derek Furlong of Glasgow, 1 brother Gaylon Wallen of Albany, KY several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at the funeral home.
