Penni Smyth

Penni Renee Smyth, 45, of Austin, KY died Friday, April 27, 2018 in Columbia, KY after a sudden illness. She was born in Nashville, TN, the daughter of the late Ronnie Forkum and Vonda Scurlock. Penni was an employee of R & S Northeast and was a member of the Cave City Church of Christ. She was an avid nature lover. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Allen Smyth, 3 children Caitlin Smyth of Austin, Jake Wyatt Smyth and wife Jessica of Fountain Run and Joseph Smyth at home; 3 grandchildren Elijah, Bella and River Smyth; 1 brother Jason Scurlock and wife Kristen of Lebanon, TN; her father and mother-in-law Don and Anndora Smyth of Austin; aunts and uncles Tonya Scurlock Warner, Renee Tice, Johnny Scurlock and Kay Scurlock Joyce; a brother-in-law Donald Arthur Smyth and wife Leslie and a niece Shelby Smyth. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 2nd at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 4pm Tuesday.
