Penny Milliner

Penny L. Milliner, age 68 of Clarkson, Kentucky passed away peacefully on December 17, 2014 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield with her children by her side. She fought a long battle with Inflammatory Breast Cancer with the upmost courage and strength. She was the daughter of Harriett Phillips and the late Roy Melton and Sylvester C. Phillips. She was faithfully married to the late Terry Mike Milliner for 52 years. She was also preceded in death by a sister Almetia Jo and a brother Roger Melton. She is survived by her children, George (Heather) Milliner, Amy (Jody) Brown, and Kelly (Rodney) Hudspeth, 7 grandchildren, Ashleigh Gold, Alex Emmett, Dallas Milliner, Michael Millliner, Sara Ammons, Hannah Ammons, and Destiny Brown, 2 great grandchildren, Ava Higgs and AJ Emmett, her brothers and sisters, Bev (Eddie) Langley, Sonny (Patty) Melton, Joseph (Teresa) Melton, Ricky (Debbie) Melton, Gail (Tony) Rogers, and several nieces and nephews also survive. Cremation was chosen by the family and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.
