Philip Delk

Philip Muncie Delk 68 of Glasgow died Friday, September 30, 2011 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Glasgow the son of the late Philip M. Delk and Lela Mae Boone Delk. Muncie was a retired firefighter with the Glasgow Fire Dept. after 25 years and also retired from the Barren-Metcalfe EMS after 15 years of service. He was a former employee of the Glasgow Recreation Dept., Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, B.&S. Garage and the Barren Co. Correctional Facility. He had been a member of the Glasgow Auxiliary Police Dept. and until his death was a deputy with the Barren Co. Sheriff
