Philip Daryl Smith Sr. 66 of Glasgow died Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South in Indianapolis, IN. Born in Glasgow, KY he was the son the late Hayden and Johanna Grooms Smith. Survivors include his wife Sheila Payne Smith of Glasgow; 3 sons Philip Daryl Smith, Jr. of Glasgow, Michael Doyle Smith (Karen Barton) of Glasgow and Christopher Wayne Jackson (D. J.) of Smiths Grove; a daughter Jennifer Michelle Daughtery of Glasgow; 6 grandchildren Dakota, Austin, Haley, Samantha, Chelsea and Owen; 2 brothers H. T. Smith (Linda) of Indianapolis, IN and Tommy Smith of Memphis, TN; a brother-in-law Allen Payne of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister Cynthia Ferguson, sister-in-law Carnell Payne, mother-in-law Shirley Wooten and Father-in-law Harold Payne. Funeral services will be 3:00pm Saturday, March19, 2016 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with Cremation to follow the services. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00am until time for the services at the funeral home.
