Phleet Phillips

Phleet F. Phillips 76 of Glasgow died Wednesday October 8, 2008 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Virginia the son of the late Houston and Flossie Davis Phillips. Phleet was the owner and operator of Glasgow Tree Service for many years and enjoyed farming, horses and gardening. He attended the Faith United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter Carolyn Fields of Glasgow; 2 grandsons Josh (Kaela) Fields of Glasgow and Jacob (A.J.) Fields of Glasgow; 1 great-grandson Jackson Fields; a sister-in-law Evelyn Phillips of Corbin, KY; a brother-in-law Loie Capitono; cousin Virginia Jones; several nieces and nephews and many special friends and nurses including Anita Rudenga, Mary Chism and Jennifer Morgan. He was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday October 11, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00am Friday.
