Raynor Ayers, Jr.

Raynor L. Ayers, Jr. 96 of Cave City, KY died Friday September 11, 2009 at Glenview Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Covington, VA the son of the late Raynor L. Ayers, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Fry. Mr. Ayers was retired from the U.S. Marine Corp with the rank of Major and operated a management consulting business. He is survived by his former wife, Martha Wells of Cave City; one son Raynor L. Ayers III of Dallas, TX and a daughter Susan Ayers Robertson of Chestertown, MD. Mr. Ayers chose cremation and no services are planned locally. Arrangements are under the direction of the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
