Rebecca "Becky" Green

Rebecca “Becky” Haynes Green, 80, of Smiths Grove, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, in Glasgow, Kentucky. She was born May 11, 1943 in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Romie Haynes and the late Louise Lawrence Haynes. Rebecca enjoyed spending time working on the farm with her husband and two children. Becky enjoyed spending as much time with her family, gardening, quilting, and sitting on the porch watching hummingbirds.
Survivors include one son, David Green; one daughter, Shirley Green; three granddaughters, Lillie, Quincy, and Emmie Green; three special nephews, Bryant, Ronnie, and Tommy Green; brother, Johnny Haynes; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Garland Eugene Green; two brothers, Richard and Mitchell Haynes.
A graveside service for Ms. Green will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Henderson Cemetery in Finney, Kentucky.
