Rebecca Pedigo

Rebecca Jane Pedigo 88 of Glasgow died Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late Thomas & Roy Greer Osborne and wife of the late John Melvin 'Billy' Pedigo, Jr Mrs. Pedigo was retired from Kentucky Pants Company after 40 years of service, a member of the Glasgow Bible Church and during her brief illness she was greatly supported by her church family with many visits and prayers. She was a selfless beautiful person full of love & compassion and all of her family was loved equally. Her warm smile made everyone feel welcome and loved at all times. She loved potting flowers, watching the many birds that graced her bird bath and the beauty of mother-nature surrounding her home of 48 years. Mrs. Pedigo is survived by several nieces and nephews including locally by Ruby Jean Bow of Glasgow, Paula Frazier of Glasgow and Tommy Freeman of Bowling Green; 2 sisters-in-law Naomi Pedigo of Louisville and Georgia Glover of Glasgow and several great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters Verna Borders and Margaret Freeman, two brothers Elbert & Garnell Osborne and a sister-in-law Judy Franklin. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Sunday, October 19, 2014 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday and on Sunday from 9:00am until time for the service.
