Reva Mazelle Pennington

Reva Mazelle Pennington, 82 of Glasgow, died Thursday May 5, 2016 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Green County the daughter of the late Elbert Carter and Eunice Thompson Carter. She worked in the fabric department and many others areas of Walmart for over 25 years. She was a member of the South Green Church of Christ, where she enjoyed the Quilt maker lady's group from the church. Survivors include 1 son Anthony Pennington (Sheila) of Center, KY; daughter- in- law Gayle Pennington of Center, KY; brother Darrell "Buddy" Carter (Laverne) of Edmonton, KY; sister-in-law Evelyn Carter of Owensboro, KY; brother & sister-in-law Jimmy & Joyce Pennington of Center, KY;2 grandchildren April Pennington of Savoyard, KY and Ashley Pennington of Center, KY; 2 great grandchildren Holden White of Bowling Green, KY and Hunter Nunnally of Savoyard, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son Wayne Pennington and 2 brothers Oval Carter and Wilburn Carter. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday May 10, 2016 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Center-Asbury Cemetery in Metcalfe County. Visitation will be from 11:00am until 8:00pm Monday at the funeral home.
