Richard Clapp

Richard Scott Clapp 55 of Glasgow died Saturday, February 18, 2006 at his residence. Born in Toledo, OH he was the son of the late John and Modesta Borough Clapp. Mr. Clapp was a retired Army Veteran having served 2 tours in Vietnam. Survivors include his wife Pam Singleton Clapp; 2 sons Rick Clapp of Colorado Springs, CO and Robert Clapp of Glasgow; 1 daughter Kimberly McAllister of Glasgow; 2 step-children Aaron Volz of Nashville, TN, and Jennifer Green of Bowling Green, KY; 2 brothers Paul Clapp of Toledo, OH and Tom Clapp of Glasgow; 4 sisters Shirley Lowe of Scottsville, KY, Pat Garrett of Glasgow, Kay Franklin of Toledo, OH and Betty Tabor of Ft Myers, FL; 14 grandchildren and 17 nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 1 brother John Clapp. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with cremation to follow the services. Visitation will be from 10am until time for the services on Wednesday.
