Richard Foster

Richard Allen Foster 73 of Glasgow and formerly of Indianapolis, IN died Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was born in Indianapolis the son of the late Clyde Allen and Augusta Foster. Mr. Foster was a retired engineer with Kennedy Tank, Inc. in Indianapolis and while living there was a member of the Kiwanis Club, a Mason and a member of the Scottish rite. He was a veteran and served in the U. S. Army. Survivors include his daughter Nancy Barrett of Glasgow; a son Roger Allen Foster (Dawn) of New Whiteland, IN; 3 grandchildren Zack and Jacob Coffman and Lucy Foster; 2 brothers Clyde Foster, Jr. of Indianapolis and John Foster of College Station, TX and a sister Ruth Ann Foster of Wasilla, AK. Mr. Foster chose cremation and a private memorial service will be scheduled. A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
