Robert "Bobby" Clifton Morrison

May 9, 1944 — November 11, 2024

Robert “Bobby” Clifton, Morrison, 80, of Edmonton, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 11, 2024, in Edmonton. He was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on May 9, 1944, to the late Robert and Velma Morrison.

Bobby was a prankster his whole life. He always had a smile followed by a big tall tale (all true). He worked many jobs, but his favorite was truck driving and BBQing. He traveled the United States trying everyone’s BBQ until coming home and starting his own BBQ restaurant. His greatest joy were his grandchildren whom he adored. He said the best gift he was given was his son James Robert.

Bobby owned every cool muscle car and drove everything like he stole it. Bobby never met a stranger and was always liked for his good spirit and laughter, which was truly contagious. In past years he sold cakes and bakery goods on the square in Glasgow. He loved to tell everyone he taught Elizabeth how to cook. Bobby lived his life with no regrets, and said “I wouldn’t change a thing”.

He left behind to honor his memory his brother, Larry “Doug” Morrison; his forever love, Elizabeth Buckley; son, James Robert Buckley (Rebecca); extra son, Brent Buckley (Rachel); four grandsons, Maverick Buckley, Garrett White, Jasper Buckley, and Cody Rito -Buckley; and a niece and nephew, Angel Morrison Huff and Eric Morrison.
