Robert "Bobby" Jewell Wilson

Robert Jewell "Bobby" Wilson 69 of Glasgow died Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at his home. Born in Glasgow, he was the son of the late Jewell Dean Wilson and Maymie Marie Thomas Wilson. Bobby was a cabinet maker and began his career working for James Atwell at Atwell's Cabinet Shop. He began his own business in 1978, Wilson's Cabinet Shop in Glasgow. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He is survived by 2 sons, Robert Wayne Wilson and wife Joy and Stacey J. Wilson and wife Samantha; a daughter Kay Wilson Deckard and husband Jonathan; mother-in-law Ersie Houchens; a sister Hazel Moore; sister-in-law Wanda Talley and brother-in-law Junior Lawson all of Glasgow. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Megan, James, Conner, Maggie, Shawn, Abigail, Katherine, McKenzie and Karoline Wilson and Dakota Ryan Boston; 1 great-grandchild Gracelynn Toohey and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Linda Joyce Houchens Wilson, a sister Betty Lawson, a sister-in-law Doris Houchens and a brother-in-law Paul Moore. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 6th at the A. F. Crow Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM Friday.
