Robert Frye

Robert "Bobby" Frye, age 62, of Glasgow, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born in Bowling Green on January 2, 1961, to the late Raymond Frye and Carolyn (Scott) Frye who still survives. Bobby worked at Sumitomo in the maintenance department until retirement. He was a loving husband, father, papa, and friend to many. He enjoyed fishing, watching the news, and playing solitaire. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Frye; two sons, Jonathan Abston and Bradley Frye; two daughters, Ravyn Abston and April Hook; grandchildren, Jayden Abston, Ben Hopson, Grayson Frye, Ayla Abston, Avery Frye, and Nora Hook; two brothers, Donnie Frye and Ronnie Frye; three sisters, Sue Carolyn Bryant, Ginny Frye, and Lisa Kinkel. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Buddy Frye. The funeral service will be held at 1 PM, Friday, April 21st, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, and Friday morning until time for the service at the funeral home. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Frye.
