Robert Mcclard

Robert 'Kent' McClard 83 of Glasgow died Thursday, September 03, 2015 at Glasgow Health and Rehab Center. Born at Etoile, he was the son of the late Ader and Wonda Harrison McClard and husband of the late Viola Haynes McClard. Kent was retired from the BADA Corp. in Bowling Green. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War, a member of H. B. Grant Masonic Lodge F&AM and was a Baptist by faith. He is survived by a step-daughter Rita Matthews (Timmy) of Summer Shade; step-son Ricky Huddleston of Glasgow; a son Mike McClard of Florida; sister Rachel Davis of Glasgow; sister-in-law Shirley McClard of Glasgow; 3 grandchildren Brittney Lunz (Dean) of Summer Shade, Kami Williams (Shaun) of Scottsville and Mary Huddleston of Glasgow and several great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Allen McClard. Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday, September 5th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4pm Friday. Masonic Rites will be 7pm Friday at the funeral home and the public is welcome to attend.
