Robert Mcdaniel, Sr.

Robert Charles McDaniel, Sr. 69 of Austin, KY died Friday, December 18, 2015 at T. J. Samson Hospital. He was born in St. Louis, MO the son of the late James Franklin and Irene Lawson McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel was a graduate of Ranken Technical College in St. Louis and was an employee of General Motors for 30 years. Survivors include his wife Margaret Halloran McDaniel; 2 sons Robert C. McDaniel, Jr. (Kimberly) of Bowling Green and Steven J. McDaniel of Cahokia, IL; 1 daughter Irene L. Adams (Thomas) of Woodburn, KY; 1 sister Doris Mitchell of Arnold, MO; 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 7 step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A brother, James William McDaniel preceded him in death. A Memorial service will be held 6:00 Tuesday, December 22nd at Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green. Visitation will be at the church from 4pm until 6pm before the service. A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
