Rodney Ward

Rodney Kyle Ward 67 of Glasgow died Friday May 29, 2009 at his Home. Born in Barren County the son of the late Otto Artumas Ward and the late Sallie C. Perkins Ward. He was a Temple Hill High School 'Class of 1959' graduate, a lifetime farmer and was a charter member of Bethany Baptist Church, attended Grace Baptist Church and was a faithful listener to Garce Baptist CD Ministry. Survivors include his wife of 47 years Thelma Bush Ward of Glasgow; 3 daughters Sherry Jo Garmon (Tim), Kellie McCoy (Jason) and Kimberly Dean (Grover) all of Glasgow; 8 grandchildren LaShea Fauber (Brian), Kyle Garmon, Brandi Lile (Derek), Cheyanne Kingrey, Morganne Whitley (Daniel), Luke Dean, Hannah and Dallen McCoy all of Glasgow; 1 great grandchild Makenzie Fauber and 2 great grandchildren on the way; 2 brothers Reginald Ward (Grace) and Ronald Ward (Shirley) both of Glasgow; Mother-in-law Kathleen Bush of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday June 1, 2009 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bowles Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Sunday at the Funeral Home.
