Roger Dale Bewley

Roger Dale Bewley, age 80, passed away, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, surrounded by his family at Shanti Niketan Hospice Home. He was born in Glasgow, on December 24, 1943, to the late Tevie Bewley and the late Kittye (Hunt) Bewley. Dale was a farmer and a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.

Dale is survived by his wife, Janet (McGuire) Bewley; sons, Chris Bewley (Chelsea), Randy Chapman (Joyce); daughters, Sandy Chapman, Jeanetta Thomerson (Richard), Lisa Copas, Casey McFall (Jarrett); sister, Linda Bewley; grandchildren, Tamra Talbott, Jennifer Fisher, Curtis Thomerson, Tyler Thomerson, Jade Copas, Brey Bewley, Bryar Bewley, Breelyn Bewley, Lennon Bewley, Levi Bartley, Lane McFall, Addyson McFall, Tobie Copas, Tracie Tarter; several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Bewley, Orville Bewley, Morris Bewley; sisters, Margie Bewley, Marie Lloyd; nephew, Ricky Bewley; and son in law, Tim Copas.

The funeral service for Mr. Bewley will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, March 23rd, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, March 22nd, from 12:00PM until 8:00PM and Saturday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home.
