Ronnie K. Jones 58 of Glasgow died Monday April 2, 2007 as the result of an auto accident in Barren County Monday evening. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Paul and Ruby Wyatt Jones. Ronnie was a well known musician and barber and had worked with Max Durham and Grover Wyatt in their shops as well as being self employed. There was nothing he enjoyed more than fishing, hunting, riding horses and being around his friends and family. He was elected and currently serving as Barren County Constable of District 2 and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of serving the community. He was also a member of the Refuge Church of Christ. We will all miss the beautiful songs he sang and the sound of his laughter. Survivors include his wife of 35 years Diane; two daughters who will miss him greatly, Tammy Pedigo (Jeff) of Glasgow and Angela Jones of Scottsville; a sister Paulette Peil (Curtis) of Glasgow; five grandchildren, Brooklyn Pedigo, Morgan Pedigo, Zebulan Pedigo, Bobby Hardin (Christina) and Paige Harrison; one great-grandchild Abby Hardin; his step-mother Ora Jones; father-in-law Chester Wilson; an aunt Gladys Hunt; an uncle Grover Wyatt (Audrey); four brothers-in-law Gary Wilson, David Wilson (Roberta) Donnie Wilson (Pam) and Ronnie Dale Wilson; a step-brother Larry Eaton and a step nephew Chris Eaton both of Glasgow and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Delcie Ferguson and step-father-in-law Jim Ferguson. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday April 5, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
